You will be gently led into connecting with others through touch with Brian O’Connell. Beginning with practicing an energetic and subtle physical connection with others. Brian will then share/demonstrate some fundamentals of massage that are essential to giving and receiving. We will then find ourselves getting cozy on the ground with others to bliss out each other by massaging our neighbors hands and feet. Practicing communication around wants/needs and feeling their entire body through just their hands or feet.
